Cris Silva
Co-Founder
With over 20 years in construction and development, Cris has successfully led residential, commercial, and industrial projects across multiple states. From high-end residential flips to historic renovations like the St. Louis Cathedral, his portfolio showcases expertise in everything from municipal courthouses to retail build-outs. His first construction company surpassed $500K in revenue in its first year, and he has consistently delivered high-quality developments. Having built his own sustainable home in Chattanooga, Cris brings a deep understanding of adaptable, future-proof designs.
Johnny Giangregorio
With a background in real estate brokerage and high-level strategy, Johnny understands what makes markets thrive and how to position properties for maximum impact. Since 2008, he has led large-scale real estate operations, including managing a Los Angeles-based Keller Williams brokerage with 350+ agents closing over $1.2 billion annually. He also spearheaded the KW Young Professionals Division, leading 1,250+ members through the global pandemic. His expertise in market trends, investor relations, and strategic positioning makes him a trusted resource in Chattanooga’s evolving real estate landscape.
A Partnership Built on Vision
Cris and Johnny met in early 2024 during their yoga teacher training at Yoga Landing in downtown Chattanooga. Weekly conversations led to a shared realization: Chattanoogan’s real estate future needs developers who balance smart investments with community-driven growth. Johnny brings market intelligence and strategy. Cris brings construction and development expertise. Together, Chattara delivers a powerful, investor-backed approach to thoughtful real estate development—elevating Chattanooga one project at a time.
